These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through this online shop. Deviating conditions will only be accepted if confirmed in writing.
All product offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded upon payment or written order confirmation.
All prices are final prices.
According to § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Delivery takes place after full payment is received.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. The risk is transferred to the customer once the goods are handed over to the delivery service.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Customers bear the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Warranty is provided according to legal requirements. Please notify any defects immediately upon receipt.
We are not liable for slight negligence, except in the case of personal injury. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
Austrian law applies. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is their usual residence in Austria.
